Rosie Animal Adoption finds homes for dogs and cats through our Foster Care and Adoption Care programs. Medical care, spaying and neutering and basic necessities such as food, shelter, kindness and compassion are provided by dedicated professionals and volunteers. Obviously, the number of animals that we can help is dependent primarily upon both the material and human resources available to us. We try to keep costs down but on the other hand we have a responsibility to the animals as well as to people who adopt them to provide for all of their needs as best as we can while they are in our care. An animal may need to be de-wormed, de-fleaed, vaccinated, nursed through illness, tested, and/or spayed/neutered. They also need to be fed while in foster care, which can be several days, weeks or even months. There are sundry expenses like leashes, collars, cages/crates, bedding, toys, treats, etc. Finding good homes for our rescue animals requires photo taking, advertisements, phone bills, vehicle expenses, and the maintenance of this website just to name a few.

Rosie Animal Adoption is NOT a shelter and is independent from any national animal welfare or humane organization which makes our task even more difficult. We do not receive any financial assistance from these groups. We are a non-profit/charitable, tax deductible organization and we rely totally on the generosity of our contributors.

Rosie Animal Adoption also offers you the option of monthly donations. These donations will be charged to your credit card on a monthly basis		We also welcome donations of equipment and supplies to make the job easier .
